What's the reliability of your Cloud Hosting?

The storage architecture used by our Cloud Hosting is Ceph Storage. It gives a 3N level of redundancy. In regards to computing, it is completely distributed without any point of failure, scalable to the exabyte level and also freely available. It also replicates data and makes it fault-tolerant, and requires no specific hardware support. Ceph is designed in a fashion to result in both self-healing and self-managing, thus aiming to minimize administration time and other costs.

Can I host multiple Web sites within one Shared Hosting plan?

Yes! Our Pro and Business shared hosting plans allow you to host more than one Website, by adding secondary domains through your hosting control panel i.e. Plesk.

What is Shared Web Hosting?

In Shared Web Hosting, multiple clients are hosted on a single server i.e. the clients share the server's resources. This helps reduce the cost, since the cost of the server and its resources are spread over all the clients/packages hosted on the server. Shared Hosting is perfect for personal websites, small and mid-sized businesses that do not require all the resources of a server.

Can I reboot my server?

Yes. On the server details page for the server in the Cloud Control Panel, select Actions > Reboot. Use this method if the server is unresponsive.

Do you host DNS?

Yes. The Cloud Control Panel has a DNS menu for maintaining domain records for your Cloud Servers. For more information, see Create DNS records for Cloud Servers with the Control Panel.

How does dedicated hosting work?

With dedicated server hosting, you’re renting an entire physical server. This provides you with unparalleled customization and control over your server environment. Plus, you’ll have access to higher levels of server resources.
